  1. I completely agree! I did all of my own contest diet and workout plans for my first show and half of my second show and once I found which macronutrient composition worked best for me and I kept it consistant, the results I saw were amazing. Great advice!

  2. So true! Not only physically but mentally too! We need to be able to settle into this lifestyle “comfortably” and still look our best!

  3. This is so true! When you find what works for your body you get amazing results and should stick with it! I have yet to find out what works for my body but I’m not going to quit working with my diet!

  4. Great tips! I’m still trying to get the perfect fit for myself SO Easier said than done and gotta respect the trainers working to find what is best for each individual client

  5. Ain’t that the truth!!! We all are so different and all trying to reach the same goal! What works for you may not work for another. Don’t compare yourself and just do you! Diet , workouts , etc. like he said if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!!

  6. Love simple tips, the best advice i ever got was to find a coach you trust and ignore everyone else!! everyone is so different, being vegan i cant do ANYTHING like a normal athlete haha

  7. Still trying to find what works for me but it’s good to see so many others also fighting to find what gets them their best physique!

  8. Sometimes it may take a lot more time for others to find what works for them. Still searching, but i’ll find it! =)

  9. love the encouragement that everybody is different. sometimes it gets stressful when people insist their diet is best for everyone.
