Muscle Quest Videos Coming in November

As Colorado Chairman for the NPC, I get a lot of emails, many with questions about preparing for an upcoming contest.

I wanted to find a fast way to reach my athletes who have questions about contest prep. The more I thought about it, I realized a quick video would be the perfect way to answer athlete questions.

Since we have such amazing resources here in Colorado – 50 pros and tons of great trainers, I knew videos would great.

I’m shooting video now and it will be uploaded in batches starting in September.
