EXPLANATION OF THE COLORADO ATHLETE OF THE YEAR POINTS RACE
What it is:
Similar to the IFBB Points Race, competitors in NPC Shows in Colorado collect points in the Open classes as well as Open Overall Wins, with the winner of the points race at the end of the year, the Colorado NPC Athlete of the Year for each division, (Women’s Physique, Men’s Physique, Classic Physique, Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure and Bikini). For example, 2018 Colorado NPC Bodybuilder of the Year. That would look good on your profile and resume!
What you get if you win:
Recognition, products and services. Winner pics will be on the home page of www.MuscleQuest.com, links to to bios on this page, plus photos of winners will be on 10,000 calendar cards with the 2019 calendar on the back, along with product and services from many of our sponsors to be announced!
How do I collect points?
Points are for Open Classes only at all Colorado NPC Shows in 2018, (see Event Calendar):
5 points for 1st place
4 points for 2nd place
3 points for 3rd place
2 points for 4th place
1 point for 5th place
And 5 MORE points for Overall Open Winners, (7 points for these shows: NPC Northern CO, NPC Colorado State, NPC Rocky)
What if I almost win?
Good question. The prestigious COLORADO’S TOP TEN NPC ATHLETES will also be posted on the website. That is a pretty awesome achievement, Top Ten in all of Colorado!
